1. Description of Service

Linker is a sophisticated redirection and identity service designed to provide staff and creators with a structured digital presence.

• Email Redirection: Professional email forwarding (e.g., user@username.linker.wesan.biz).

2. Two-Part Application & Verification

To maintain the prestige and security of the Weatherill Essentials network, access is granted via a mandatory two-step process:

Part 1: The Digital Application

Applicants must submit a request via the official form at https://linker.wesan.biz/apply. You will be required to provide:

• Identification: Full legal name, email address, and phone number.

• Namespace: Your desired subdomain (e.g., username.linker.wesan.biz) and your primary email username.

• Location: Full physical address (Number, Street, City, State, and Country).

• Usage Statement: A description of how you plan to use the service.

• Consent: Explicit agreement to these Terms of Service.

Part 2: Stripe Identity Verification

Upon review of your form, you must complete an ID Verification through our partner, Stripe.

• This requires a Government-issued ID to verify your identity.

• Applications are only finalized once Stripe has successfully verified your credentials.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

To protect the Weatherill Essentials reputation, users must:

• Maintain Integrity: Subdomains must accurately reflect the verified user's identity.

• Prohibited Content: Links must not point to illegal, malicious, or "spam" content.

• Security: Use of the service for phishing or unauthorized data collection will result in immediate termination.

4. Privacy & Data Handling

• Form Data: Information collected in Part 1 is used for account management and service delivery by Weatherill Essentials Tech.

• Verification Security: Identity documents in Part 2 are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store raw government ID images on our local servers.
